What to write to us about

• Something is broken. Tell us the page, your browser and what you expected to happen. A typing tool behaving differently on your device than ours is the most useful report we get.
• A transliteration is wrong. Send the Roman text you typed and the output you expected. Hindi and Urdu both have sounds Roman letters cannot separate, so specific examples are worth far more than a general description.
• An exam detail is out of date. Government typing patterns change between notifications. If a guide here contradicts the current official notification, the notification is right and we want to know.
• Something is missing. A language, a lesson, an exam we do not cover. We cannot build everything, but we read every request.

We are a small team building these tools ourselves, so we cannot offer phone support or guaranteed response times. Everything here is free to use, and there is nothing to cancel or refund.
